Client Objective:
The Client wanted to move from their current (rented) location and build their own building next door. In doing so, they wanted to not lose any of the charm and function they had taken years to develop.
Project Description:
A first-floor deli/retail that captures the charm of Brennan’s concept. We also added a walk-out basement with loading areas to increase their catering operation’s ease. Lastly, a top floor is designed to equip offices and host clients.

Beginning with our original location in historic Rumson, just a few steps from the banks of the Navesink River, later in scenic Oakhurst, and now in majestic Middletown we’ve been delighting people with our delicious food and welcoming, casual hospitality for nearly two decades. Today, both eateries rank among the Jersey Shore’s favorite spots for unique, gourmet-quality “foods to go,” with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring 26 hot and cold sandwiches, mouth-watering soups, inspired salads and a choice of tempting entrees.
