Clients Objective:
The client asked that we assist them with their struggle to get everything they would need for the concept into an unusually odd-shaped building with limited space.
Project Description:
To make the small space feel larger, we removed a portion of the floor, dividing the floor to create an open lofty atrium space at the entry with newly constructed stairs leading to a mezzanine/dining room. We added garage doors on the second floor that add to the openness both literally and figuratively.
